EduRISE Sdn Bhd is thrilled to announce the successful completion of our first exclusive online course for educators, focused on Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Practical Teaching. Held on a Saturday night before the New Year, this pioneering course attracted over 80 teachers, eager to enrich their teaching methodologies and understanding of SEL.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Katherine Khoo for her insightful contributions and professional expertise.
Key topics covered in this comprehensive course included:
- Introduction to the Five Core Competencies of SEL.
- Various emotional expressions (emo) in children.
- Identifying triggers in children’s emotional (emo) states.
- Introduction to four emotional patterns.
- Practical examples of guiding children in emotional states.
- Techniques for stabilizing emotions and exploring their roots post-examples.
- Strategies for enhancing relationships with children in everyday interactions.
